Scott and Shannon Luscher began Elite Mortgage Solutions, Inc. in July of 2003.  We are a family owned small business that focuses on finding custom mortgage solutions for our clients throughout the state of Wisconsin. 

Scott had been a top producer in the mortgage industry for several years and I was working for an Engineering Services Firm in finance while studying for my Masters Degree in Project Management, when we pooled our interests and started Elite Mortgage Solutions, Inc.

Jason Wegner

My name is Jason P. Wegner.  I am a loan originator with Elite Mortgage Solutions, Inc.  Whether you’re buying, building , or refinancing I strive to give you the absolute best service.  I am a veteran of the United States Air Force and I enjoy helping my fellow veterans with their mortgage needs.  I have been employed in the housing sector for nearly ten years.  I have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a minor in Business Administration along with a Master of Business Administration degree.  I enjoy golfing, fishing, hunting, archery, snowboarding, carpentry, paintball, and most outdoor activities. 

Matt Fortier
