What this means for you is that as soon as we speak with your client and get them pre-approved we will send them out an intro letter and gift-card to get bagels or coffee before they go out house-hunting. Included with this mailing will be the Realtors business card.
Upon an accepted offer to purchase, we will send a brief congratulatory note and include a small shopping or entertainment gift-card so your client can get a little something for the new house or take a little diversion before the big move! Again, the Realtor’s business card will be included with this card.
Upon final approval we will send your client a final correspondence congratulating them and letting them know we are ready to set-up a closing date.
Closing Day we will deliver a small token of appreciation thanking your customer for the opportunity to serve them and anticipating helping them with their real estate & mortgage needs in the future. Realtor business card will be included.
Two weeks after closing we will send a letter with the client’s appraisal – also a self-addressed stamped envelope for their first mortgage payment.
